In 2024, Hisun Pharmaceutical entered into a long-term strategic collaboration with YSBIOTECH in the field of synthetic biology.
The production facility is fully certified by both the FDA and holds a CEP, meeting the market access requirements for the EU and North America.
It employs an intelligent production line system compliant with international GMP standards.
This enables full-process digital quality control from raw materials to finished products.
Self-Owned Production Base
YSBIOTECH's production base, located in Taizhou's Xianju County Pharmaceutical Park, covers 40000+ square meters. Construction is scheduled from June 2026 to June 2028. Phase I will produce 15 tons of protein-peptides and 240 tons of enzyme-catalyzed products annually, with Phase II adding 200 tons of metabolic products. The facility will integrate advanced intelligent and digital technologies to achieve full-process automation and aligned management systems, in line with "Made in China 2025" objectives for smart and green manufacturing. Upon completion, it will drive significant economic value and serve as a model for advancing Taizhou's synthetic biology industry.
